Consumer Measurement Systems and Child and Adolescent Mental Health

In 1997, the then Commonwealth Department of Health and Family Services engaged the
University of Queensland to review the use of outcome measures in Australia's child and
adolescent mental health services. The Consultancy undertook to survey stakeholders and
key leaders in the field of child and adolscent services, summarise existing outcomes
measures and report on the options for the development and implementaion of an outcome
measurement system.
